Samsung x Best Buy
With Samsung opening hundreds of shop-in-shop experiences inside of Best Buy stores, the brand needed to bring completed concepts that were unique and innovative to negotiate for online presence and the retail experience that elevated Samsung product at the point of sale.
My team and I started with naming the Samsung store, crafting the message, and whipping up wireframes while the strategy team fed us guiding research. I pitched a digital plan to weave Samsung's holistic product story into the Best Buy site, pushing beyond the constraints of their existing platform and enhancing the retail customer experience.
